Smoking:
You may smoke in the comfortable chairs on your decks. Please let us know upon arrival so we can give you a bin for the butts.
There will be a charge applied to your stay if there is evidence of smoking in the cottage or cabin.

Deposits:
When reservations are booked, a 25% deposit is required. This can be arranged by e-transfer or by mailed cheque.

lf you have mailed your deposit, reservation will be confirmed when the cheque has cleared.

Cancellation Policy:
This deposit is refundable if you cancel up to 30 days prior to your arrival date. It is however, non-refundable any time after the 30 day period.  Full payment is expected at check-in.

Pets:
Sorry, we do not allow pets.

Arrival and Departure times:
Check in time is 3:00pm
Check out time is 10:00am
If your cottage is ready, we will allow people to check in earlier.
